    सिर दर्द ऐसी बला है जो बिना बुलाए ही होती रहती है खासतौर से वह लोग प्रभावित होते हैं जिन लोगों का बॉडी ,माइंड, इमोशन और एनर्जि अलग-अलग दिशा में, अलग-अलग आस्पेक्ट पर काम करते हैं। अक्सर ऐसे लोग छोटी-छोटी बातों से तनावग्रस्त हो जाते हैं या पेन जादे लेते हैं, जिसको वह खुद दूसरे की तुलना करके, करना तो चाहते हैं परंतु करने में असफल या सक्षम नहीं रहते हैं। आपाधापी युग मे बहुत बड़ा कारण है। तरह तरह के विचार तरह-तरह के प्रयोग, विकास के लिए आवश्यक है। करना चाहिए एकाग्रता और पूरी ऊर्जा के साथ , तन मन को इंगेज करके पूरी शक्ति से लक्ष्य को साधने का प्रयास। लेकिन बहुत सारे लोग ना कर पाने के कारण मनोवैज्ञानिक तनाव रूप से सिर दर्द के शिकार हैं।

    दूसरी तरफ शरीर की तकलीफ है लंबे समय तक शरीर में बने रहने के कारण भी मानसिक दुख और सिर दर्द का कारण बनती है।

    वात, पित्त ,कफ से होने वाला सिरदर्द को कैसे पहचान एवं घरेलु उपाय।

    पित्त विकार से होने वाला सिरदर्द के जड़ में कब्ज .गैस ,एसिडिटी बहुत बड़ा कारण होता है। पित्त विकार में होने वाला सिर का दर्द- कनपटी के ऊपर वाले हिस्से में दोनों तरफ और शिर् के चोटी शीर्ष भाग पर बना रहता है ऐसा महसूस होता है कि बड़ा दबाव सा है इस प्रकार से होने वाला सिरदर्द के पीछे पित् दोष विकार मुख्य कारण है, इस प्रकार के शिर दर्द से बचने के लिए , ठीक करने के लिए मुलेठी का पाउडर आंवले का पाउडर या दोनों मिलाकर भी प्रयोग करें बहुत लाभ होता है। एसिडिटी भी धीरे-धीरे खत्म होने लगेगी सिर दर्द भी गायब हो जाएगा।
