    Dhania (Coriandrum sativum):Coriander is used for digestion problems including upset stomach, loss of appetite, hiatus hernia,nausea,diarrhea, bowel spasms, and intestinal gas. It is also used to treat measles heamorrhoids , hemorrhoids, toothaches, worms, and joint pain, as well as infections caused by bacteria and fungus.

    Jeera( Cuminum cyminum): It is a stimulant as well as a great herb for digestive disorders and even as an antiseptic of sorts. The seeds themselves are rich in iron and are thought to help stimulate the secretion of enzymes from the pancreas which can help absorb nutrients into the digestive system. It has also been shown to boost the power of the liver’s ability to detoxify the human body. This is very good source of phytoestrogen  that why it is used in women’s disorders.

    Pudina ( Mentha piperata): Pudina is packed with antioxidants and phytonurients that can work wonders for your stomach. The menthol present in pudina helps the enzymes necessary for digestion. It kills bacteria in the mouth preventing tooth decay, beats bad breath and keeps your tongue and teeth clean naturally .Pudina is also known to calm stomach cramps and help to beat acidity and flatulence. According to Ayurveda practitioners, it is also very beneficial for patients suffering from IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome). & abdominal distensions. 

    Ajwain ( Trachyspermum amni): It seeds are used for vitiated vata dosa, reduce gases ,flatulence & Indigestion . This has powerful fragrance comes to Ajwain due to the presence of Thymol. It is good for digestion and  often mixed with baby milk .
